EVENT PASS BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS:
These terms will supersede any conflicts with the terms and conditions listed in the footer of our webpage.
Guest-initiated cancellations received before September 1, 2026 are eligible for a refund.
Beginning September 2, 2026 event pass purchases are non-refundable.
If LS Events, LLC cancels the event and does not provide a similar rescheduled event, purchasers will receive a full refund of amounts paid to LS Events, LLC.
Due to the special nature of this event, reservations are assigned to the registered couple ONLY and are NON-TRANSFERABLE. In the circumstance that the couple separates, cancels or changes partners prior to the event, the reservation cannot be transferred. In addition, due to the full takeover hotel, NO REFUNDS can be granted after dates listed in the booking terms.
HOTEL BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS:
Hotel reservations, deposits, cancellations, refunds, incidental charges and lodging services are provided by and subject to the terms and policies of the host hotel. Hotel charges are processed directly by the hotel and are not collected by LS Events, LLC.
If you do need to cancel your room or modify your stay, please email jenni@lsevents.llc so that she may manage this on your behalf. Although we are subject to the terms of the hotel, since this is an event contract, LS Events, LLC must manage these changes with our hotel sales contact.
When booking at the host hotel, room rates are $164/night for standard rooms and $204/night for suites, plus applicable hotel taxes and fees, payable directly to the hotel at check in. A valid credit card will be required to reserve your room, but no payment will be taken until 72 hours prior to check in.
At time of booking, you'll be able to book the room type you prefer; pending the inventory available at time of booking. The earlier you book, the more likely you'll be able to choose a preferred room.
You'll be required to present a credit card at check in for security deposit and to cover any shoulder nights as applicable.
